Ema Names Hank Marquis Director Of IT Service Management Consulting


Growing IT management research and consulting firm strengthens expertise with respected ITSM leader

BOULDER, Colo., March 20, 2007, Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), the leading independent IT management research and consulting firm, today announced that Hank Marquis has joined the firm as the Director of IT Service Management Consulting. Marquis will work closely with IT organizations and IT vendors to implement and optimize IT service management practices into their operations and products.

Marquis comes to EMA with 27-plus years of experience. He has worked as CTO of an IT service management software vendor, an enterprise CIO and CEO of a venture-funded startup. He has advised university and college programs, has been published by MIT Sloan Management Review, is the author of four books on IT topics and is a regularly published thought leader in the ITSM market. He holds a Masters in Communications Technology (American Institute 1988) as well as ITIL Service Manager with distinction in Service Delivery and CobiT certifications.
