Elsner Engineering Works, Inc., based in Hanover, Pennsylvania, USA, is pleased to announce that they have successfully kicked-off their participation at the DRUPA 2012 exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany yesterday, May 3rd. This quad annual event entails a 14 day exhibition with over 390,000 visitors expected from over 130 countries. Elsner has been exhibiting at DRUPA since 1967.
F. Rusty Elsner, President & CEO states: "We spend over one year preparing for this event, which is held every four years and are glad the day is finally here! We will rotate seven Elsner employees in and out of our Pennsylvania office to cover this fair, which is exhilarating-yet exhausting for booth personnel. By rotating our personnel, we can insure that we are fresh for our hundreds of visitors to our stand.
Elsner goes onto state: "If history prevails, we expect to have visitors from over 50 countries to our stand during this 14 day period. If yesterday was any indication of the level of interest for our equipment, we will be very pleased with the show results."
Mr. Jay Roth, Regional Sales Manager, who coordinated the Elsner stand at DRUPA also comments: "DRUPA is held at the Messe in Dusseldorf and literally becomes its own city for the 14 day period. We are pleased to be able to see familiar faces from around the world-while making new contacts and friends accordingly. Our technology has changed significantly in this short four year period and it is great to be able to update all of these interested parties in one venue. Elsner Engineering Works, Inc., designs and manufactures special machinery for the converting and packaging industries. They celebrated their 75th anniversary as a 3rd generation family owned and operated business in 2009. Elsner's line of over 40 different rewinding, folding and overwrapping machines is used to convert and package such products as disposable disinfectant and baby non-woven wipes, gift wrap paper, aluminum foil and wallpaper. Elsner currently services and supports over 2500 machines worldwide with equipment in service in nearly 60 countries. Besides its headquarters in Hanover, Pennsylvania, Elsner has a sales office in Lemgo, Germany through the support of Mr. Alex Herzog and offers field support from Shanghai, China, as well.
