When standard casters meet a bump in the road, there is usually a push back effect and a jump by the cart. This results in the contents being moved around or even dumped on the floor. The internal five-spoke heavy spring design feature of the Navigator wheel not only permits the load to transition freely and effortlessly over uneven terrain surfaces without the pushback effect, but also cushions the load against damage.
