The Standard Precision Positioning Stages combine streamlined functionality with precision levels acceptable for a great many automation-related applications - at prices 20 to 50 percent lower than typical high precision positioning devices. They offer an effective and practical solution wherever there is a need to make small positioning adjustments in the assembly, inspection and processing instruments and jigs used in the production of consumer and industrial electronics.

Examples of use: Optimize reading position of adhesive-applied QR bar codes on circuit boards to improve readability and traceability; to adjust compression force of a round belt used on testing jig used to turn workpieces properly.
o X-Axis Dovetail Slide R&P Long (XDTLS)
Examples of use: Used with sensor in semiconductor production to detect and control movement of ceramic green sheet and enable quick adjustment to a change in the sheet width; to adjust the pitch between the contact points on a contact probe conduction inspection device.
