As a principal at KPMG, Cliff Saffron lends his deep industry experience to provide practical business-oriented advice to companies in the area of regulatory compliance. Prior to KPMG, he was the senior vice president and general counsel at ImClone Systems Inc., where he was responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the company, including securities regulation and compliance, FDA regulation and compliance, and negotiation of licensing and collaborative agreements. Saffron was also a senior legal executive of NASDAQ and NYSE-listed companies with more than a decade of achievement in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
