Riverdale, NJ - August 22, 2008 -- EVS Metal, Inc., a leading supplier of custom fabricated sheet metal, integration, machined parts and engineering services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Holden Company located in Keene, New Hampshire. Holden, founded in 1926, specializes in heavier, more complex precision weldments and assemblies, is housed in a 30,000 sq. ft. building on five acres and employs more than 40 employees.
EVS plans to continue to operate out of this facility with current plans to make key equipment additions of a 4000 watt laser, as well as powder coating equipment to compliment the existing wet paint capability.
