FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CT, - EMI Specialty Papers now stocks and converts blotting paper for absorbent pads and super absorbent packets for FedEx Clinical Packs, and other specialty shipping containers, as specified by Federal Express, UPS and USPS.
EMI's blotting papers are comparable to Whatman's at a fraction of the cost. Blotting papers are widely used by the medical industry for sending diagnostic and clinical specimens (specifically bodily fluids), biological and environmental test samples. USPS rules dictate that shipments of such fluids must contain enough absorbent material to absorb all liquid in containers in case it escapes its vessel. EMI's super absorbent pads are designed for such absorption and are lightweight for economical shipping. EMI die cuts pads to any shape or size.
