EMC Announces Storage System, Software, Solution and Service Support for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, the 2007 Microsoft Office system and Windows Vista; New Assessment and Migration Services to Ease Customers' Transition to Exchange Server 2007
NEW YORK, Microsoft A New Day for Business Launch, Nov. 30 -- EMC Corporation, the world leader in information management and storage, today announced that its networked storage systems, software, services and solutions will fully support the next generations of Microsoft products, including Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, the 2007 Microsoft Office system and Windows Vista. EMC and Microsoft will work with customers to integrate the new functionality of these applications to help achieve a faster return on their IT investments with lower risk and improved access to information across their enterprises.

o EMC Assessment and Migration Services for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 - These new services will help provide customers with smooth and cost- effective upgrades of their enterprise messaging environments and will enable them to leverage such new features of Exchange Server 2007 as unified messaging. After migrating, customers will continue to gain value from EMC's proven solutions which include integrated hardware, software and services, and which ensure their critical Exchange Server 2007 information is secure, protected and cost effectively managed.
o EMC Solutions for Microsoft Office 2007 - As a Microsoft Global Systems Integrator, EMC has worked with early-adopter customers to customize solutions on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and other Office server technologies including Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007, Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Groove Server 2007.
