EMA Promotes Dan Twing To Chief Operating Officer


BOULDER, Colo., November 16, 2006, Enterprise Management Associates

firm, today announced the promotion of Dan Twing to chief operating
officer. Twing will be responsible for developing and executing
strategic market research, delivering value to enterprise IT
organizations through consulting engagements and directing product
development and marketing efforts. He joined EMA as vice president of
research and client services in 2005 and has more than 20 years of
experience in information systems, software development and technology
outsourcing.
