CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI., U.S.A., January 22, 2011: Extrusion Dies Industries, LLC (EDI) has promoted Sam G. Iuliano to the position of director of technical sales, it was announced today by Dennis S. Paradise, vice president of sales and marketing.
Iuliano will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, supporting EDI's field sales program, and supervising a newly created sales group, Order Entry, organized to streamline the process of order intake. In addition, he will make technical presentations at industry conferences worldwide.
"Sam has worked with EDI customers around the world and has extensive experience with all of the extrusion and coating technologies that we have developed," said Paradise. "At a time of surging sales for our company, his expertise will help to enhance our responsiveness to customers and the technical depth of the support we give them."
Sam Iuliano joined EDI in 1992 as a sales engineer. His subsequent positions at EDI include manager of sales administration and product manager. He was promoted to technology manager in 2008.
Iuliano holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management degree, with a specialization in chemical engineering, from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
