Milford, CT - EAO Corporation of Milford, CT USA, a premier global supplier of Human Machine Interface (HMI) Systems and Components, delivers a comprehensive range of specialized controls for rail cockpits and driver's desks that are designed within UIC 612 guidelines.

Supplying the world's most prestigious rail companies like Alstom, Siemens, Bombardier, Stadler, and Hitachi, EAO manufactures high reliability HMI Systems and Components for use in new builds and rail vehicle refurbishment projects that are designed within recommended UIC 612 guidelines.

For example, the Series 04 range of components includes square and round pushbuttons, indicators, selector and keylock switches, in a modern, flush mount style. The Series 04 is available with a push-in terminal (PIT) from Phoenix Contact which reduces assembly time by up to 70% compared to screw-in terminals. The Series 04 PIT creates a more secure, reliable connection that is resistant to high levels of vibration.

EAO also supplies special lever switches for specific operator controls, such as braking and lighting, that are designed within UIC guidelines. Up to five switching positions are available on a single axis. The lever switches feature an aluminium front ring and complement other Series 04 switches.

Many of the world's leading manufacturers work with EAO as their partner for the integration of HMI Systems and Components with their mission-critical applications. Visit www.eao.com for more information on the Series 04 products. For information on EAO's HMI Systems expertise, visit www.eao-hmi.com.
