Bematek LZ-Series Sanitary Dynamic In-Line Mixer features a modular mixing head that consists of stators and high speed rotors that can create from 1 to 12 shear action zones for applications ranging from emulsion and dispersion to particle size reduction. Easily adapting to rapidly changing product life cycles, all product passes through this in-line mixing head.
Producing shear rates up to 200,000/sec. In each shear action zone, the Bematek LZ Series Sanitary Dynamic In-Line Mixer is capable of emulsification, dispersion, and particle size reduction down to 1 micron in one pass through and can yield fully repeatable batch-to-batch results. Eliminating re-circulation and multiple mixers, it is USDA-, FDA-, and 3A-compliant.
