HSSP Offers Discounted Plenary Sponsorship until September 1

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Homeland Security Standards Panel (HSSP) would like to remind all stakeholders that a 10% discount on its sponsorship offerings is available for just one more day.

Sponsorship opportunities for the ANSI-HSSP Plenary include a variety of benefits that help to promote an organization's name in the homeland security standards community. The $2,000 sponsorship includes a 6-foot tabletop display space, banner ad on the ANSI-HSSP Plenary website, premium signage, and company logo on plenary meeting materials, as well as other advantages.

As an exclusive offer, HSSP members and constituents who commit to a sponsorship between now and September 1, 2010, will receive a discount of 10%, bringing sponsorship costs down to $1,800.

The plenary provides the unique opportunity for the homeland security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity communities (public sector, private sector, and standards developing organizations) to come together to discuss current issues and challenges, strategic approaches, recent successes, and future outlooks. Feedback from past plenary meetings has cited not only the useful information sharing and dialogue during the formal program, but also the valuable networking and connections established for future collaboration.

This year's plenary will address the need for new or revised standards for aviation, border and maritime security, crisis management, and global supply chain security. Leaders, experts, federal agencies, standards developers, and other relevant stakeholders from both the U.S. and Europe will convene to share information related to these subjects to develop a gap analysis and identify what is working and what may not be working to the extent desired.

Updated agendas, information on how to register, room block rates and information, and further details for the event are posted on the Ninth Annual Plenary Website. Please note that registration closes on November 1, 2010.

For further information on sponsoring this meeting, please contact Karen Hughes, ANSI-HSSP director (hssp@ansi.org). To receive the 10% discount, sponsorships must be pledged by the September 1 deadline.
