Chicago, IL - In an effort to deliver next-generation IPC-based Solutions and products to our customers, and to offer improved delivery times, Pro-face America is initiating the discontinuation of our Xycom 15xx Series Node box IPCs, our Xycom 46xx/47xx Series Panel IPCs, and the Xycom 50xx Series Flat Panel Monitors. Pro-face APL3000 IPCs and FP3000 Flat Panel Monitors are offered as the suggested migration path for these products.
The discontinuation schedule for these Xycom products is as follows (subject to availability):
Last product ordering deadline - December 30th, 2010 Last product shipment deadline - February 25, 2011
After December 30th, 2010, Pro-face will continue providing Repair Services on these discontinued products for five years from their date of purchase, subject to parts availability. We will also continue providing Technical Support for the same period of time.
