Expands DISC-LOCK International Distributor Network in China
Culver City, Calif. - September 21, 2011 - DISC-LOCK International today announced the expansion of their international distributor network in China with the addition of Tech-Lock, LLC with exclusive distribution rights throughout China for all DISC-LOCK products.
"Tech-Lock will give DISC-LOCK the capability to identify new businesses and customers and distribute and sell throughout China," said Alistair McKinlay, Chairman of DISC-LOCK International. "China is a substantial market for our products and Tech-Lock is very effective in many distribution and sales patterns," added McKinlay.
Tech-Lock, LLC is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and Manhattan Beach, Calif. Ed Gibson, President and CEO and Tyler Johnson, Director of Sales and Marketing for Tech-Lock will sell and distribute all DISC-LOCK products including; Safety Wheel Nut, Locking Nut, Truck Frame Fastening System, Rail Car Fastening System, Shear Wrench, Tension Control Bolt, Hex Head Bolt and Locking Washer.
"Ed and Tyler will concentrate on manufacturing businesses and various equipment manufacturing industries in China," said Greg White, Vice President of DISC-LOCK International. "In addition, they will look to coordinate with other distribution channels within China interested in stocking and selling DISC-LOCK products," added White.
