Technology Expert Will Lead Session on Converged Communications as a Business Continuity Strategy

On Friday, August 3, from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m., Hershkowitz will lead a session entitled, "Mitigating the Risk of Pandemic Outbreak with Converged Communications." His presentation will focus on how to plan a rational response to a serious pandemic, as well as how to reduce the likelihood of an interruption occurring and minimize its potential impact. Attendees will also learn how to maintain communications between customers and employees during an emergency or disaster and how to develop an overall culture of business continuity management.
Mitchell Hershkowitz is a principal consultant for Dimension Data North America's Converged Communications practice. Hershkowitz has 15 years of experience in traditional voice and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions.
