Digital Phase Shifter P8P-39N-5JD
Model P8P-39N-5JD is an Amplified Digitally Controlled Pin Diode 360 Degree Phase Shifter that operates from 0.5 to 2.0 GHz. This Digital Phase Shifter device offers up to 0.088 degree resolution with 12 BITs of TTL Compatible binary logic and switches in 500 nSec. Across the entire band, phase accuracy is +/- 10 degrees, amplitude balance is +/- 1.0 dB and V.S.W.R. is 1.7:1. The output signal's magnitude is amplified to match the input signal with a typical noise figure of 7 dB. Input power is up to 0 dBm CW, +2- dBm Max. The size is 4.95 x 3.38 x 1.0 inch.
