EAST DORSET, VT - For the past six years Pad Print Machinery of Vermont has focus attention, time and resources into their Digital Ink Jet Program.
Last year, the Multi-Color Digital Ink Jet was introduced, capable of printing eight colors at 16 inch/second in a single pass.
Our engineers and technicians can configure digital printers to meet customer's specific applications and product handling requirements. The one color fully automatic digital ink jet printer shown (see Figure 1) was designed to print on three different sized bottles. It has a programmable touch screen control, inline conveyor system, vision sensing with product orientation and an inline UV curing station.
Digital ink jet printing is an innovative solution for all types of decorating challenges. Excellent for variable image data on short or long production runs, with single-pass, high-resolution print quality. Job programs can be stored and recalled instantly for quick changeovers. These units require no pads, clichés or screens to change.
All of our Digital Ink Jet printers are designed and manufactured at our facility in Vermont. We have a full digital ink jet team comprised of software and mechanical engineers, technicians and tech support staff.
