MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., (March 1, 2011) - Bradley Corp. has announced the promotion of Diane Rudy from Director of Human Resources to Vice President of Human Resources for the Menomonee Falls-based manufacturer of plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories and emergency equipment.
Rudy draws from more than 20 years of human resources experience in the manufacturing industry to lead all aspects of Bradley's Human Resources initiatives. She will also continue to increase her level of involvement in the company's Executive Team, which oversees leadership and direction of the 90-year-old company.
Before accepting her job as Director of Human Resources with Bradley in 2008, Rudy worked for 19 years at Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation in several Human Resources positions, most recently as Director of Human Resources and member of their Executive Team.

Rudy is a native of West Allis and now resides in West Bend, Wis., with her husband Curt. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, where she also earned her Certificate in Human Resources Development.
