Reichhold Invests for Growth in India
Research Triangle Park, NC (January 28, 2008) - Reichhold, the world's largest supplier of unsaturated polyester resins, has announced its intention to invest in a Greenfield facility in India. The company has started construction at a site located at Ranjangoan, in Pune District of Maharashtra state. The new facility is scheduled for completion in September 2008. Reichhold brings a wealth of experience, technical support and high business standards to the region.
"The composites market in India is continuously growing and we have received many customer requests for Reichhold technology and service from fabricators in this region," said Reichhold CFO Roger Willis, who also serves as Managing Director, Reichhold India Private Limited.
"We are committed to serving this expanding market by providing our customers with quality products at cost-effective prices and sharing our technical expertise in polyester resins for a comprehensive range of applications."

Reichhold's composites product offering includes resins, gel coats, structural adhesives, and flame retardant resins for a variety of markets, including general purpose, industrial, building and construction, marine, wind energy, electrical and transportation.

Reichhold's new manufacturing facility is located at F-38 MIDC Industrial Area, Ranjangaon, Shirur, Dist - Pune, Maharashtra.
