Minneapolis, Minn., U.S.A. - Despatch Industries, the world's leading thermal processing equipment provider for over one hundred years, recently sold a custom PRC clean room oven to a company that manufactures semiconductors. The customer, who has previously purchased several of these units, utilizes the oven for drying parts in a clean room environment.
"We have extensive experience designing and manufacturing clean room ovens to fit customer's unique application needs and requirements," states John Todd, Project Manager. "We customized the size and configuration of this oven to make the most efficient use of the interior cabinet space with regard to the customer's specific parts. Our custom design allows the customer to maximize the amount of product dried in the oven in each batch and optimizes their throughput capabilities."
The custom PRC oven features a HEPA filter for Class 10 (ISO Class 4) air quality. The interior of the oven is manufactured with electro-polished 316 stainless steel.
