The order was obtained through Canadian representative Ontario Ovens. The ovens will be installed in a Canadian University facility and will be utilized in a large-scale R&D project focusing on development in microchip and microelectronic system (MEMS) assembly. The project is expected to bring together hundreds of researchers from the industry and academic field.
