Deposition Sciences Appoints New Sales Engineer for Midwestern U. S. Territory


September 15, 2008 Santa Rosa, CA Deposition Sciences, Inc. (DSI), manufacturer of highly durable thin film optical coatings, announces the appointment of Ms. Jessica Black to the position of sales engineer for the Midwestern U.S. territory. A versatile and experienced engineer in the optics industry, Ms. Black has held key positions as a process engineer, project manager, systems test engineer, and most recently as an account manager and sales engineer for an internationally-recognized optics fabrication and coating company in Boulder, CO. She graduated in 1996 from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) College of Material Science and Engineering with a B.S. degree in Ceramic Engineering.

He adds, Black's well-rounded experience in optical coatings, her account management expertise, and her enthusiastic approach will help us expand our customer base in the Midwest.
