Low Cost, Accurate and Quick Bacteria Screening Kit Allows Users to Test More Often Increasing Success Rate of Catching Bacterial Contamination
PLEASANTON, Calif. - DeltaTRAK®, a leading innovator of cold chain, environment monitoring and food safety management solutions today announced its FlashCheck Real-Time Bacterial Enzyme Detection Kit has won United Fresh's 2012 Best New Food Safety Award. FlashCheck Real-Time Bacterial Enzyme Detection kits are used for identifying bacteria in the field and provide an accurate, quick and inexpensive way to screen for dangerous levels of bacterial contamination. Having a low cost screening tool allows users to test more often, thereby greatly increasing the success rate of catching bacterial contamination before it finds its way to the consumer.

The FlashCheck Enzyme Surface Assay Detection kits are assays for the detection of total count or gram negative microorganisms directly from a contaminated source.
