SUZHOU, CHINA (May 18, 2011): DelStar Technologies Inc. is proud to announce the grand opening of their new manufacturing site in Suzhou, China. The new 70,000 square-foot facility will replace their current factory, also in Suzhou, and will double their current production capacity in China, with the potential to double again in the future. The new facility is a multi-million dollar investment and a world class symbol of DelStar's responsiveness to growing Asian Pacific markets.
DelStar Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has been a wholly-owned and fully operational foreign enterprise since 2005. The company's presence in China began in 1997 with the establishment of a sales office in Shanghai to service the Asia Pacific region.
Grand Opening Ceremonies were held today in Suzhou for guests, dignitaries, and customers of DelStar Technologies from around the world. The celebration marks the start of many exciting changes for the company in Asia.
