Davron Technologies, Inc.
4563 Pinnacle Lane
Chattanooga, TN, 37415

Press release date: July 22, 2014

Chattanooga, Tenn.— Davron Technologies, Inc. has been selected by a leading pharmaceutical company to design and manufacture three batch drying ovens. The customer chose Davron because of the industrial oven solutions provider’s experience building ovens for the pharmaceutical industry and its level of commitment to quality in both the design and manufacturing of ovens. The batch ovens will be commissioned in the fall of 2014.

The batch ovens are used to dry a material used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products. The material will be loaded into trays that are put on carts that are then rolled into the oven. The material will remain in the heated chamber for a predetermined amount of time until the correct amount of moisture has been removed. The batch ovens will utilize a horizontal airflow pattern within the heated chamber. These ovens will meet all safety and industry standards required for the process.

“Our plenum airflow system provides an unequalled uniform temperature within the heated chambers of our ovens, which makes it perfect for pharmaceutical drying processes,” said Jimmy Evans, Vice President General Manager at Davron Technologies, Inc. “Thanks to the plenum system, our customers achieve consistent quality and results for their product from batch to batch. This technology, our robust design, and our high standards for quality separate us from the competition.”
