(Fulton, NY) - Davis-Standard, LLC will present a range of technology in Zabeel Hall - Booth # ZR 120 during Arabplast in Dubai, UAE, January 10-13, 2009. Headlining Davis-Standard's showing is the company's new extrusion coating line, SYNERGY, as well as a wide range of blown, cast, extrusion, coating, sheet, wire and cable, and reclaim technologies.
Davis-Standard, LLC has recently won several large orders in the region, including a thermal lamination line, 5-meter wide CPP line, diaper backsheet line, high-output 3-meter wide stretch film line, two foam board insulation lines, silicone medical tubing line, high-output HIPS sheet line, and other components.
The innovative SYNERGY product line, introduced earlier this year, is available in 300, 450 and 750 models. The model numbers reflect approximate line speed capabilities in meters per minute. The SYNERGY 300 is engineered for customers who desire to enter new markets or grow their business with a modest investment. They also combine the very best technologies of each brand within Davis-Standard's ER-WE-PA, Egan, Black Clawson, and Davis-Standard Extrusion.
Other highlights include high speed cast stretch film lines with winders running 25-second cycle time, and winders capable of winding 500mm diameter rolls as well as short hand-wrap rolls. Blown film technology for industrial films and bags, agricultural and construction films, barrier films, stretch films, PVC cling films, high barrier small tube systems, can liners and laminating films will also be shown. The company's team of experts will be available to discuss the full range of products and capabilities.
