Davis-Standard Acquires Circonix Technologies
Expands Ability to Co-Engineer Solutions for Customers Worldwide
(Pawcatuck, Conn.) - Davis-Standard, LLC announced today the acquisition of Circonix Technologies of Ringwood, New Jersey. Circonix is a global leader in drive and control system retrofits for converting and extrusion equipment across all product lines. Acquiring Circonix extends Davis-Standard's aftermarket services, supporting the company's ability to upgrade PLC, drive and mechanical systems on thousands of existing installations worldwide, including non Davis-Standard brands.

The acquisition aligns with Davis-Standard's commitment to help customers achieve greater value and productivity from their capital equipment investments.
According to Paul Bilotti, sales and marketing manager for Circonix, Davis-Standard's strength in the industry leverages the ability of both companies to better serve existing and new customers. Bilotti also noted that the Circonix organizational structure remains the same, including the existing teams and manufacturing facilities.
In addition to Circonix, Davis-Standard also acquires CX Systems, which provides turnkey machinery relocations including rigging, electrical, mechanical and plumbing modifications, and installations.

Joining their team combines our engineering capabilities and market reach, while broadening our knowledge base," explained Bilotti.
