He also served as author, co-author and contributing editor to the exterior wall chapters of the Whole Building Design Guide developed by NIBS.

Lemieux is a registered architect in Georgia, Maryland, New York, Virginia and the District of Columbia. In addition to ASTM International, he is a member of the American Architectural Manufacturers Association, the American Institute of Architects, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Association for Preservation Technology International and the Construction Specifications Institute.
