MAUMEE, Ohio, April 5, 2011 - Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) announced today that Executive Chairman John Devine, President and Chief Executive Officer Roger Wood, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jim Yost will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2011 New York Auto Summit on April 20, 2011. Mr. Devine, Mr. Wood, and Mr. Yost will present for approximately 35 minutes, beginning at 1:50 p.m. EDT, and discuss Dana's recent financial performance, as well as current and future plans.
