DEK Looks Forward to Amper 2008 - Hall 5, Stand 5D19

DEK has confirmed plans to take its collection of award-winning manufacturing solutions to this year's Amper exhibition, being held in Prague over April 1st - 4th. The DEK team will be on Stand 5D19 to showcase the technologies currently helping their customers around the world to 'Expect More'.
The 16th International Trade Fair of Electrotechnics and Electronics, Amper 2008 will deliver an effective forum for visitors to learn more about the products and processes at the forefront of today's industry. As one such technology, DEK's highly flexible Horizon 03i mass imaging platform is being demonstrated in Hall 5, Stand 5D19. Delivering a proven best-in-class specification, Horizon 03i is ideal for low volume, high mix manufacturing environments. Featuring rapid setup and changeover capabilities, the platform is ideal for prototyping and pre-production - driving manufacturing productivity beyond conventional expectations.
The Horizon 03i display will also provide Amper visitors with an opportunity to discover Instinctiv V9, DEK's next generation advanced machine user interface. Featuring a wide variety of user benefits designed to maximise machine utilisation, process control and operator efficiency, Instinctiv V9 builds on the proven strengths of the existing system to enable faster set-up and first time print, lower operator training requirements, easier error avoidance and recovery. The updated system features a broad range of improvements including enhanced parameter editing, command availability and real time feedback - each designed to extend Instinctiv's ability to streamline new product introduction, monitor complex processes and reduce stoppages.
The DEK team at Amper will also be showing attendees how to extend the capabilities of even the most progressive technologies. Productivity Tools on display will include the mass imaging leader's multi-award-winning Cyclone understencil cleaner, the high-speed HawkEye(TM) print verification system and HD Grid-Lok® automatic high density tooling solution. In addition, DEK will also be exhibiting precision screen technologies for unprecedented print accuracy, along with its patented VectorGuard stencil tensioning system. Amper attendees will discover the original VectorGuard Blue stainless steel stencil, the lead-free optimised VectorGuard Silver nickel laser-cut stencil and the electroformed nickel VectorGuard Gold stencil for exceptional aperture wall definition.
