DEK Invites Visitors to 'Expect More' at Forum de l'Electronique 2007

DEK will be showcasing a range of advanced product and process technologies at this year's Forum de l'Electronique, being held at the Paris Expo in Porte de Versailles over 25th-27th September. Demonstrating a complete manufacturing solution, from high accuracy mass imaging platforms to a variety of Productivity Tools, DEK will reveal why its customers expect more from Hall 7.2, Stand P77.
At the heart of Stand P77, the DEK team will be demonstrating Galaxy, the next generation platform for advanced semiconductor packaging and high precision SMT assembly convergence. Having redefined the upper performance limits for high accuracy mass imaging, Galaxy is engineered to handle packaging challenges such as wafer-level CSPs, flip-chip, uBGA and ultra-fine pitch SMT. Running alongside this demonstration, DEK will also be showcasing its Europa mass imaging platform. Equipped with DEK's RTC (Rapid Transit Conveyor) high speed board transport technology, Europa RTC is the ideal solution for the demands of speed and miniaturisation, inviting Forum visitors to discover industry-leading cycle times of just four seconds.
The DEK stand will also host a variety of advanced Productivity Tools. From DEK's Cyclone high performance understencil cleaning system, to its HawkEye(TM) high-speed print verification platform and ProFlow® enclosed print head technology, visitors will find out how to boost the value and capabilities of even the most leading-edge technologies. Plus, Forum visitors will also be introduced to the very latest addition to DEK's Productivity Tools portfolio in the form of HD Grid-Lok, an advanced tooling system delivering flexible high density board support at the touch of a button. In addition to a range of Process Support Products, the DEK display will also incorporate a comprehensive range of stencils and screen technologies, including the popular VectorGuard® stencil system.
