TUV America, a globally recognized testing, inspection and certification organization, conducted the annual review. DE-STA-CO's Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, Human Resources and Purchasing divisions were evaluated over a two-day period, with the company receiving praise for its facilities, databases, improvement initiatives, products and workforce.
The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a network of the national standards institutes of 157 countries that works to make the development, manufacture and supply of products and services more efficient, safe and clean. ISO 9001:2000 is the most rigid certification for process qualifications and is intended for use in any organization which designs, develops, manufactures, installs and/or services any product or provides any form of service.
