How Advanced Vision Solutions Enhance Factory Automation
WATERLOO, Ontario - September 2, 2010 - DALSA Corporation [TSX: DSA], a global leader in digital imaging technology, together with its distributor ENVISION Co., Ltd, will feature the latest advancements in image sensors, cameras and processing at, September 7-10 in Seoul, Korea.
DALSA's vision solutions will be showcased at the ENVISION Co., Ltd. Booth at KOFAS, # B098.
Steve Zhu, DALSA's Director of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region,will make a presentation at the show on how "Advanced Vision Solutions Enhance Factory Automation." He will discuss DALSA's machine vision solutions and how they can provide quality control and improved productivity for manufacturing operations. During his presentation, he will share customer case studies in factory automation. The presentation will be held Thursday, September 9 at 10:00-11:00.
Steve Zhu is currently Director of Business Development for Asia, in charge of Smart Vision systems and Smart camera sales for Asia. Prior to joining DALSA, Zhu worked as the worldwide sales director for Tektronix, Inc. He also worked as a Manager of Sales and Marketing for Optical Crossing Inc. and as an Asia Technical Support Manager at Exfo Electro Optical Engineering. He holds an MBA from Ecole Superier de Commerce et Gestion International, France and a BS in Computer Science from Xiamen University, China.
