Aurora, IL - Cyl-Tec, Inc. now offers aluminum gas cylinders for medical O2 applications. The aluminum cylinders are as much as 50% lighter than traditional steel cylinders, making them easier to carry and handle.
The medical O2 aluminum cylinders are suitable for use by emergency medical personnel, as well as for home healthcare, hospitals, nursing homes and other settings that are equipped to manage respiratory emergencies or support oxygen therapy.
All of Cyl-Tec's medical cylinders include a green shoulder and clear powder coat and come standard with either CGA 870 or CGA 540 medical O2 valves. Cyl-Tec's top-quality cylinders are U.S. DOT and TC approved and manufactured to allow for PLUS and STAR rating.
Cyl-Tec provides free delivery on pallet-quantity or six-pack orders delivered in the continental U.S. Six-pack packaging is available on all small medical cylinders, which are Cyl-Tec models M4 through Med E that range in O2 capacity from 4.0 cf/113 liters to 24.1 cf/682 liters. Custom labeling is also an option. Most orders can be shipped in 24 hours.
