ChemTec' customized Flow Monitors & Excess Flow Valves now provide ultra high purity applications with options that previous did not exist.
Deerfield Beach, FL USA - ChemTec has designed both a flow monitor and an excess flow valve for ultra high purity applications in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, analytical, processing, biotech, and alternative energy industries.
With an increasing demand for flow monitors and excess flow valves for ultra high purity applications, ChemTec re-designed their best selling standard units to meet the demands while continuing to provide the same accuracy, reliability, and personal attention associated with ChemTec products.
Ultra High Purity Flow Monitor
Currently in use on processing lines, gas distribution lines, gas cabinets, ChemTec's LPH-B-844 Series is a custom flow monitor for ultra high purity gases. Most commonly the flow monitor is installed on plant supply lines. This unit includes ½" male VCR's nut & gland ports; an internal finish electro-polished to 10 RA; three flow ranges to cover various flow set points. Compact size is an added bonus. CE, cUL & UL Recognized.
Ultra High Purity Excess Flow Valve
Installed in-line on hydrogen gas supply lines, ChemTec's EFV-500-S MRS (B-918) has an internal electro-polish to 10 RA, ¾" MVCR fittings gland and nut, reed switch contact for valve position with ½ female conduit connection, CE and ATEX mark. This unit is currently in use on delivery lines, supplying ultra high purity grade hydrogen gas to multiple points within processing plants.
