Deluxe Systems is now manufacturing custom structural mezzanines at our facility in Tampa, Florida. A mezzanine can give you the additional floor space you didn't know you had. Don't look out your window for additional space, look up. If you have a minimum of 15' clear, we can design a custom mezzanine to fit any space. Depending on your clearance, we can also design and manufacture a 2 level system for even more floor space. Built to a minimum of 125 lb/sq. ft. with the ability to design and build to 500 lb/sq. ft. and higher, structural mezzanines can be engineered for almost any application. Manufacturing, assembly work, order picking, product storage or additional office space are but a few of the most common uses.
Our mezzanines are also manufactured to be 100% recoverable; that is to say if you decide to move from your existing building at some point in time, the mezzanine can be disassembled and taken with you. It has the ability to be re-assembled or it can be re-configured to fit in your "new" facility. As compared to an "off the shelf" product, our in-house design and fabrication ability allows us to offer a solution that meets your specific needs both in terms of finished product and initial investment. For tax implications, it may also be eligible for accelerated depreciation.
