Highly durable nip rolls are designed for roll-on-roll pressure. (Orange, Mass.) These same precision rolls are routinely engineered for temperature controlled nip applications. A variety of surface finishes and coverings are readily available, including chrome plating, plasma coatings and rubber coverings. Every nip roll is custom engineered for exacting performance, from low-tension applications to those with extreme nip loads. PFE also engineers and manufactures AccuNip pre-engineered nip stations capable of producing nip loads up to 25,000 lb.
