Minneapolis, MN - Intercomp now offers a wide variety of Custom Crane Scales to compliment its current line of Tension Links and Crane Scales. These Custom Crane Scales are built to order and can accommodate a wide variety of overhead weighing applications that require special considerations due to the configuration of the equipment.
Custom requirements such as custom top and bottom fittings, headroom loss reduction, wireless communication, and multiple crane head systems are all needs Intercomp can engineer a solution for. Application specific Custom Crane Scales such as high temperature scales for foundry applications and many other special applications are available in capacities up to 500,000 lbs. and in multiple configurations based on the customer's requirements.
Intercomp also has an expansive indoor calibration and test facility with a Tension Calibration System for certification of high-capacity Crane Scales, Tension Links, and other cabled, suspended, or below the hook devices. The calibration system has a test capacity of 500,000 lbs. and is designed to meet all of your calibration needs. Calibration services are available year round and can be arranged by calling Intercomp's Service Department.
