Curtis Industries Acquires California Firm

Curtis Industries, a division of Powers Holdings, today announced the acquisition of Tri-Mag, Inc., makers of standard and customized power supplies.

Tri-Mag, based in Visalia, California, brings to Curtis its full line of power supplies and DC-DC converters. The company’s line of EMI/RFI filters augments Curtis’ line of filters and terminal blocks.

Founded in 1980, Tri-Mag manufactures a diverse line of Switching Power Supplies featuring small size, high efficiency and competitive pricing. Primary markets include those that need high reliability, such as gaming, industrial and medical applications.

The company’s DC-DC converters include low-power, middle-power and high-voltage capabilities.
