Curbell Plastics Acquires American Plastics and Waggoner Plastics, Offers New Opportunities for Customers
Curbell Plastics, Inc. (www.curbellplastics.com), a leading plastics provider, announced that they are acquiring American Plastics (www.americanplastics.net) and Waggoner Plastics (www.waggonerplastics.com) in Texas.
American Plastics / Waggoner Plastics will become one of Curbell's 16 sales and distribution facilities strategically located throughout the United States. The acquisition will further strengthen Curbell's national presence, and will allow Curbell to provide exclusive products, local inventory and regional expertise to customers in key markets and specialized industries.
