BOSTON, Feb. 25 -- Crosscheck Networks, Inc., the leading provider of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) testing products today announced that it has been selected to conduct its ever popular full-day training program, The Art and Science of SOA Testing, at STAREast 2008 on May 5th, 2008.
Based on emerging web services standards, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) has ushered in a new era of how applications are designed, developed, tested, and deployed. The promise of SOA to increase development productivity and application flexibility poses new challenges for testers: multiple web services standards and implementations, legacy applications (of questionable quality) now exposed as Web services, weak or non-existent security controls, and services of possibly diverse origins chained together to create applications.
