At the AATExpo 2011, September 20-22, Chicago, IL, Creform® Corporation, Greer, SC (Booth #) will feature its new BSTNSI AGV Tugger model. The NSI model drives under a stationary cart, extends a tow pin to engage the cart and moves it to a predetermined location. It has a sophisticated control system for up to 50 courses, 128 commands, each programmed by a PC or onboard touch screen. Safety features include a non-contact laser bumper. One unit can mobilize an entire fleet of carts or be part of a managed AGV system with traffic control.
Creform will also exhibit its unique 42mm pipe and joint system for heavy-duty structures, a new Ergo-Lift system and Creform Placon® Roller Conveyors. Other items shown will be concepts and designs for many material handling structures, including workstations, carts, flow racks, and work tables, all designed to support continuous improvement and lean programs.
