Posen, IL, December 14, 2007 - Corporate Safe Specialists (CSS) announces three new service offerings which were developed to provide CSS customers with services to match their operational needs. The Platinum - Gold - Silver plans were created were created to serve all CSS customers, whether they be a large national chain or single-store establishment.
Service Manager Mike McGunn states "the demand for our services has expanded consistently for the past five years and we have responded to the service needs of clients large and small."
Ed McGunn, President and CEO, added "We realize that service requirements vary from customer to customer. CSS wants to provide flexible plans that meet the unique demands of each customer. We are introducing three levels of service, one of which will meet the needs of your organization."
The Platinum Service Plan is designed for our customers that require quarterly preventative maintenance (including lock battery replacement) and responsive phone support that includes a dedicated service team that will help manage safe access codes. Other plan features are discounts on same day service, and parts and shipping.
The Gold Service Plan includes next business day by noon in-store service and offers discounts same day service, and parts and shipping. This plan is designed for those customers who require better support of safes and locks in multi-concept operations, which may have safes and locks from more than one manufacturer.
The Silver Service Plan, which is our traditional warranty, is included with the purchase of CSS brand safes for one year, and includes CSS award-winning 24/7/365 live technical phone support. Each safe is now shipped with a copy of this plan.
