Corporate Disk, a full service DVD & CD-ROM manufacturer and fulfillment distribution center with over 25 years of experience, is now using the USPS Manifest Mailing System to streamline their operations.
Manifest mailing is a computer-supported system allowing Corporate Disk to document postage for all pieces of mail using a permit imprint. "Shipping is a significant segment of our fulfillment business." The automated MMS process will provide better efficiency and accountability of our USPS mailing costs," commented David Gimbel, Vice President of Operations.
"Each mail piece is imprinted with a permit indicia which offers faster processing and the ability to electronically transfer delivery confirmation information to the United States Post Office.
