GOLDEN, Colo., June 9 - CoorsTek, Inc., the premier technical ceramics supplier and manufacturer of critical components for high-technology markets, today officially announced the acquisition of DEW Engineering and Development Limited, a leading armor solutions provider of vehicle ballistic protection, specialty vehicles, vehicle refurbishing ("re-life") and repurposing ("re-role") services.

Incorporated in 1978, DEW Engineering is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and has operations in Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada and Ogdensburg, New York.
