Multiple Options With Reconfigurable Conveyors Saves Capital Equipment Dollars
The modular design of DynaCon® Conveyor Systems offers low-maintenance conveyance solutions that are easily installed and modified, contributing to a lower total cost of ownership. Case Stop: Pneumatic case stops can be specified to control package flow on DynaCon conveyors. Case stops create spaces or gaps between packages, which allows for a reduction in jams and nearly eliminates damage to product or packages.
Off-Line Transfers: 30-degree Modular ARB(TM) belting provides the ability to smoothly transfer packages offline at right angles. ARB technology is safer, more dependable, maintenance-free and offers a reduced cost of ownership compared to competing technologies.
Accumulation: Low back pressure belting is one of many plastic link style belting options available with DynaCon conveyors. This belt is excellent for any light to medium-duty low back pressure accumulation or general delicate package conveyance where straight-running roller top belts are required.
Split Belt: The DynaCon Split Belt Conveyor accommodates products for both top and bottom exposure. Top and bottom exposure can be used for viewing, labeling, printing or bar code reading as product moves along the conveyor. Using one piece of equipment, that conveys and allows bottom exposure, saves money by removing the need for a second piece of equipment. DynaCon Split Conveyors are available in all standard widths and lengths.
Curves: DynaCon Radius Turn Conveyors offer continuous belt flow when turns of 45, 90 or 180-degrees are required. Packages maintain even spacing by riding on the belt, allowing smooth travel through the curve, without jamming or losing orientation.
Inclines & declines: Continuous belt flow with one conveyor that allows inclines and declines are possible with DynaCon conveyors. Plastic link-style belting allows packages to ride on the conveyor belt without scuffing or damaging package bottoms.
Modularity: DynaCon® modular conveyors are custom conveyors that are configured from standard modules. Modules are built using plastic injection molded parts, which bring strength and durability to the conveyor system while being light-weight enough for easy assembly and portability. Flexibility of design includes choices for length, width, inclines, declines, lateral turns, belt styles and an array of accessory options.
