ELKRIDGE, MD — Conveyor Handling Company is pleased to announce that Jeff Grim’s role as Project Manager has been expanded. In addition to his current responsibilities, Jeff will assume the responsibilities and duties of the Safety Manager.
Jeff began his employment at Conveyor Handling in 1994. Jeff currently serves as Project Manager, overseeing most major installations. His duties include overseeing system designs and details, scheduling, coordination with all subcontractors and close customer contact throughout the installation. With over 20 years of experience, Jeff’s close attention to detail has been a great asset to his position.
As Safety Manager, he will provide site safety leadership, ensure facility compliance with corporate safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance and ensure that facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
He will also provide technical advice, coaching, guidance and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives, as well as, developing and implementing employee safety programs.
In his expanded role, Jeff will continue to ensure that Conveyor Handling Company’s priorities of customer satisfaction and safety remain his #1 goal. His overall objectives include generating a positive experience in which the results exceed any and all expectations, creating a safe environment for everyone involved.
