WHARTON, New Jersey - January 31st 2010 - Convertech increases converter productivity and reduces air shaft repair time to as little as ten minutes.
Convertech, Inc's QuickChange(TM) Bladder Repair Cartridges can increase uptime dramatically by making it safe and easy to change lug shaft bladders. QuickChange(TM) cartridges can be switched out without any special tools and in a fraction of the time it takes to repair a traditional lug shaft bladder.
Lug shafts are typically time-consuming to repair due to the nature of bladders and the tools and effort they require to change. An operator using a QuickChange(TM) cartridge, however, does not have the same trouble. These repair cartridges easily slide out of the shaft and a new one can quickly be put back in its place. This means minimal downtime and easy repairs.
Each repair cartridge is an all inclusive repair part which can be kept in stock inexpensively. With common hand tools (pliers and hex wrenches) any operator can quickly remove the damaged bladder cartridge and easily replace it in as little as ten minutes.
