In the latest survey, FORTUNE named Convergys, a global leader in relationship management, a Most Admired Company in the Diversified Outsourcing category. Convergys received high marks in all of FORTUNE's eight key attributes of reputation: Social Responsibility, Innovation, People Management, Use of Corporate Assets, Quality of Management, Financial Soundness, Long-term Investment, and Quality of Products and Services.
